Happens to the best of us. Do something out of the ordinary too. I am not so good at cooking but sometimes to put my mind off stressful things, I cook something up. That reminds me I am better at Engineering and Writing βΊοΈ
I love cooking too but I am still not a very good cook. I follow the recipe but I can’t save my dish if something disastrous happens π I think of myself as an “Accidental Cook”
FoodNetwork has been my life throughout my pregnancy so far, and it’s probably the reason why I’m always hungry. My biggest thing is I don’t always have some of the crazy ingredients that are used. I definitely want to have a big chef’s kitchen right now with a pantry full of cool foods.
I prefer foods that have less of a cooking time because I live alone and am a student so it’s really discouraging when the recipe says “40 minutes in the oven” π
Oh I hate that too because I love to eat. I hate waiting for food to be done. I prefer lighter foods. I’m a student also so quick affordable stuff makes me super happy!
I’m lucky if breakfast is even part of my day. Recently, if I don’t eat before my day begins I’ll have really bad morning sickness, so I’ve had to figure something out, but normally it’s just a bagel with honey cream cheese or some fruit. I need to do better.
Oh no! Breakfast for me is the most important (although I skip it once or twice when I am running late). Try making a fruit salad for breakfast? Or something with high proteins like beans? I usually go for something that keeps me fed for 5 hours as my classes are all in the evening.
I love fruit salad. I also like crepes and danishes and anything that can have fruit in it. I should premake some that I can just grab in the morning instead of having to worry about it.
Yes, if you cut the different fruits and keep them in the fridge separately overnight and just mix them up in the morning, that can also save you time. Fruits tend to go all squishy if put together overnight so mix them in the morning.

I love cooking! When I get stuck I tend to binge watch Netflix or ask my sister for ideas. Eventually I get back on the horse.

Same! I plan for breakfast with a bit of preparation but lunch without any prep time.
